Here are some extra tips to help make your monthly moon cycle that much more relaxing and pain-free.  Every BODY is different so be sure to experiment and see what works for you!  

Be sure to note that taking too much iron is damaging to our health so be sure to follow the directions on your products.  My favorite iron supplement has been the same I've seen since I was a kid growing up in my parents Mom + Pop Health food stores.

I also notice that the gentler I am on my body with caffeine and sugar the easier my cycle has become.  This has to do with the physiological affects on the liver.
